I sent an email reporting that that someone bought me the Ratanga Tickets that were on special, and I never used them because I misplaced them, I explained, I informed them why that i didnt think they can do anything about it, but I got to be aware that City Slicker does it since they are in the same industry i therefore thought they can give credit refund. Balikhumaliri responded and said he would need me permsion from the person who purchased the tickects to give access the account for credit refund, and the person gave him permission but now he told me that he can not process as the deal is closed already. I initially said that from my first email that it was a Ratanga deal. So he knows the terms and conditions he should have told me from day one and the fact that he said he will process a credit refund, why promise what he cannot deliver. I am not pleased by this, I am also a Groupon client. He should have told me from day one that he will need to access the account first to determine wherether there will be a refund or not. but instead he first told me that he will process a credit refund and now he changes this is misleading information.
