I ordered and all-in-one PC and TV on 11 Sept 2013 for my daughter as a gift. I received the item on the 3rd October but no keyboard, mouse or speakers were delivered with it. This started a volley of emails to them, with automated replies back to me! I was told eventually that if they didn't hear from the supplier in one week they would refund me. That never happened. All I want is to be refunded for the items I had to go out and buy because they were never delivered. Nobody there seems capable or able to help me sort this out. Is there a legal route I can take? Will call our attorneys and find out. It seems like the only way to solve this issue.
