Do not order from this supplier!

This applicable supplier had a special on Groupon. I ordered my items on 22 September 2012 and never received delivery. At first their excuse was the transport strike, then after another few weeks it was a delay at customs because its peak time. After a long period of time I requested a refund as I realised I will not be getting my items. Every time I emailed them they would promise me delivery in the following week, but obviously it never happened. I would have accepted the truth that they were not able to deliver the items, but I suspect they never ordered my items. I am not sure what happened, but they are advertising items online that they cant supply. After numerous emails and phone calls I received a refund on the amount I had to pay in but lost out on the Groupon purchase. Very poor service, do not buy anything from them.
