Account debited, no voucher but refund refused

Last week I purchased a wine tasting voucher for R98 and the money was deducted from my Nedbank account however their system says "Deal not permitted, because payment has been refused."

I have tried to have this matter sorted out with Prabhu Jada Prasad to no avail. I have sent through every kind of proof of payment and jumped through many hoops just to get what might as well be an automated response. My patience is wearing thin. My Ticket number is #143940. Please sort this out as I am done dealing with incompetent people and sending you a variation of the information.
