I purchased a deal on 22/01 on the website and then emailed them on 31/01/2013 as I had not received the voucher but colleagues at work had already received their voucher the same day of purchase. When I checked my account on their wesbite, it said "deal not permitted as payment was refused"
I have had notice on one of my purchases before and decided to mail them to query. I used the email addresses as advised on their website and emails.

I emailed them on the 31/01 with my proof of payment and a query as to what the problem could be. I also on the 04/02 but have had no reply and the deal is still not available to me. I paid R249.00 and the money reflects as paid on my bank statement. I keep getting reference numbers to say my email will be looked into and someone for CSD will revert - with no luck!! The last reference number for my query via return email is #675430
