I've had it with you GROUPON!!!

So I see this Guitar advertised. SpongeBob Junior Kit. I purchase on the 25th November 2013. As the wording states on their website, "delivery within two weeks", I duly phone as it was to be delivered to my GF's company... nothing... I am then told, "Sir, its within two weeks of the deal closing". Its ok, my GF's company only closes on the 15th of Dec, I am promised delivery before then... NOTHING... My GF then leaves a note with their Security that if the product arrives, to contact me on my Cell. 16th Dec, STILL nothing... I phone, again i am assured that delivery will be before Xmas... on the 23rd of Dec, i am now fully... I phone and cancel the purchase. I am told while on the call that my EFT would be reimbursed within 3-5 days... I go on Dec holiday, thinking all is in order. I get to the office on the 6th Jan... wow... a Guitar I CANCELLED!!! Til today, i have NOT RECEIVED my reimbursement. the Guitar was returned on the 8th Jan 2014... today it is 6days later and still no money back in my account... FANTASTIC Groupon, you wont see another purchase by me... word of mouth works... promise...!!!
