Still no delivery of correct product

After being assured by Groupon that I would recieve my correctproduct a black palmer guitar with a tuner I maile them on Wednesday 30 January as I had still not recieved delivery and no one responded to my mail.

Groupon where is my correct order. Why can no one respond in time to my query.
