I purchased something a few weeks back and checked my profile and was told my payment was rejected. Emailed their customer service department got a email back asking me to rate service but they did nothing. Called there call centre but I don't think anyone works there because I just had to listen to voice prompts. Sent a email again and got the same bs email. Just need to get hold of someone because I want my money back.
