I tried to buy a holiday vochure from Groupon 28.08.2013 at the bank. the teller at the bank misread the reference number. When I realized this about an hour later I called Groupon and I was advised that they need to reverse the payment as they cannot allocate it.

I have since 28.08.2013 been trying to get this matter resolved. I have emailed as per instructions 6 time to different people and made numerous calls. I have not once been emailed back to acknowledge my emails and no one follows up on a matter and three weeks later I am nowhere closer to having my money refunded.

The email address I am given does not work because each time I call they cannot find my response. Even when I send it to a particular person the email is not acknowledged.

I am frustrated and would like someone to help me with having my money refunded.
