I've spent weeks and weeks trying to find out what happened to the order I placed last year. The person I'm dealing with, Naganandhini, is completely incompetent. She keeps sending me the same nonsense pro forma emails as responses telling me over and over that my issue has been escalated or that they're still working on it. She closed the case once without it being completed, then said she was still working on it when I pointed out that she shouldn't have closed it - an obvious lie. She accidentally sent me emails intended for other people. I've asked for but not received a refund. The incompetence goes on and on. Plus Groupon makes it impossible to get hold of them. Everyone involved ought to be embarrassed but they obviously don't care. To top it all, when I unsubscribed and they asked why, the options were 'Too many emails'; 'Deal irrelevant' and 'I didn't subscribe'. Where's the option for 'I don't deal with rubbish companies'?
