I purchased a Groupon for a car valet at Exotic Carwash in the waterfront which expires 8th Dec. I called today (4th Dec) to book my car in and was told they could not accommodate me as they were fully booked. I called the Groupon call centre 7 times this morning and every time was cut off after following some voice prompts. I expressed my frustration on their FB page and came across a customer who had the exact same issue 1 year ago! She told me that Groupon never responded to her complaint and she subsequently gave up and unsubscribed. I found the CEO's details on Linkedin and messaged him, but have heard nothing back yet? This is not my first bad experience with Groupon and I believe there are many others out there experiencing the same shocking, incompetent service. It is impossible to get hold of any senior management and if one is lucky enough to get hold of a consultant, they have no idea on how to rectify issues competently. How does this business continue to operate?
