Groupon failing miserably again - useless!

I purchased a product in early November which has still not to be delivered - as per the email from the staff they told me 3-4 weeks from purchase. I spent hours following up last year with no response and no delivery. This year I have still been try and what do you know - NO RESPONSE!!! I am fuming and am trying to keep in a string of very colourful words.
I want the product delivered this week AND a REFUND - That is right - I want both to compensate for the wasted money on trying to call you, bandwidth on trying to email you and contact you via your FACEBOOK page. I demand both and will be filing a case of against you if I do not receive both this week. I have had enough.
