I made three orders through this website, on the 12th of December 2013. On the 20th I was phoned by the couriers telling my package has arrived, but it was only one of my three orders, and not all three. Today is the 26th of December, and still none of my other two orders arrived, they have however replied to me via email, saying I should wait until the festive season is over, then they will help me sort it out. I do not think its fair, as this was christmas gifts to people, and not just some random orders. I still have no date of delivery or any form of a estimated time which I can expect delivery of my goods. I dont want a refund or any form of cash back, I only want my orders and the items I was promised. Today it is oficially two weeks with only a 33% delivery success rate. I will definitely not recommend this site to anyone anymore.
