Misleading Ad Campaigns and Horrific Service

After seeing that wonderful ad on TV to rather buy at Kalahari and avoid frustrating situations at malls this festive season, I made my purchase on Kalahari's website. On 7 December 2013 I was told my order was being prepared and estimated date of delivery: 11 December 2013. No delivery takes place on this day. After having called to find out why, I am then told RTT Logistics have the package it's on its way. Due date? NO ONE KNOWS. I have been told by different persons working at their call centre on numerous days that they will follow up with me. I had to call back as no follow up phone call was received. This is awful service and I will never purchase here again and will ensure my family and friends are made aware of the lack of action to find out where my package is and WHEN I can expect it. More frustrating than having walked into the shops so that ad currently on TV is clearly FALSE ADVERSTIDSING. Horribly disappointed at this service. Get a better courier if the current one cannot perform according to what is promised to customer. Keep your customers informed so as to help with theri expectations of what you CAN actually delvier I still await the arrival of my paid for items
