No Refund-No Response

On 7 April I purchased a voucher to the value of R1780 which I cancelled on the 8th. I followed up a week later and was told to stay put they are still processing, on the day I then asked for a refund for another voucher of R399 because the spa had closed down. The following week I called to follow up on both transactions and was told its escalated to refunds department and should be receiving both refunds shortly. Indeed in two days time I received the R399 refund. I called again today on the 29th April to ask for my R1780 refund and was told to give them another week or so. To my understanding its supposed to take 7 working days process but now its been a month. What's sickening is that you waste time and money on the phone and only to find incompetent consultants who have no sense of empathy whatsoever. For the fact that Groupon was able to refund me a small amount of R399 for a voucher that I cancelled a week after the R1790 one, it is pretty clear that Groupon is trying to me and from me. I'm so disappointed and frustrated after a full year of what I thought was a good service with groupon. This will probably fall on deaf ears, because their silence is so loud!!!
