2 Weeks and still havent received feedback

Hi, purchased a deal but apparently i used a wrong refference number but on the additional comment there was a correct refference number only after a week WHEN I CALL THEM they tell me that i used a wrong refference & they out of stock, so they have to refund me, AM STILL AWAITING FOR MY MONEY, nobody is bothering to call to let me know whats gonna happen next.

Am very dissapointed in this and need quick response in this.
