Pulling a tooth to get a refund

I ordered from groupon and understandably on the 12th of November I was told that my payment was late. So as per their policy a refund was due within 7days.
2 December still no refund instead after countless follow up I get an email saying that they have not found a solution to my case.
Not ordering from them ever.
