I want my refund!

I purchased a booster car seat from Groupon on what seemed (At the time) to be an amazing deal! But after waiting 3 and a half weeks for the seat to be delivered, what arrived was not what I wanted or paid for. Regardless, I IMMEDIATELY called Groupon (After holding for at least 20min on their "call centre" it's infuriating!!!) and arranged for the unwanted item to be collected so I can be refunded. No harm no foul right? Wrong. The seat was collected 2 days later and returned to them, but I have STILL not received a cent back!! I have sent countless emails including the collection information and codes to track, to get my refund and the only answer I receive is that "They notice I have logged previous complaints and they will contact me shortly and close this ticket" Guess what? They never contact me back. In my personal opinion I have been robbed. I have purchased many products on line with other great companies, and have never had trouble getting a refund on something that I didn't want. One thing is certain, I will never use Groupon again and I will tell all my friends and any person that will listen about my experience.
