Voucher not used, Groupon bad service!

I purchased two spa vouchers, one was used and I enquired about the other as it was a gift. The other was not used and I would like a refund, Groupon not helpful with refund. When I call, I have to wait for ages. When I send an email, it seems like I am talking to a robot! Please can someone sort it out for me?
