I ordered a dehumidifying egg on 6 September 2013.By end of October I have not received my product or heard from the company. I contacted them early November and was informed that they were short on stock but they got new stock and I can expect my delivery soon. Today, 3 months after my order, I contact them only to find out they can't supply this product any more and I can get a refund. How pathetic. I wonder if they were ever going to call me and inform me or would they just have kept my money. Avoid them it you can
