Late delivery, incorrect product delivered

I shop online regulary but purchasing from Wicount is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
I ordered the 7in1 callous remover on 19 July 2013. After 14 days I followed up, knowing the delivery could take up to 30 days. I had to call back several times to get information, the consultants always say they will call back but they never do. I was told the product was on its way. I called again on 19 August. Again I was told the product was on its way.
Eventually Wicount sent an email on 10 September to advise that the product was not available but they could replace it with a 5in1 Callous remover plus an 18 Pcs Handheld Pedi Mate. I agreed to this.
Today is the 23rd of September. The product delivered is a "5in1 beauty massager" and "Smooth Sleek Skin".
Not only is the delivery way overdue, the product is also wrong! What a frustrating, unprofessional experience this has been. I have no confidence shopping with Wicount due to the constant bad service and run around!
Now to wait for their remedy to this situation.
