I bought the weight management programme for me and my friend through group on and I had to cancel because we were only allowed to buy one, they only refunded one and claimed the other one was redeemed I asked them to check for me who redeemed it with no success up to now there is no feedback, later I bought a toy and tissues and didn't get it back up to now there is no straight feedback as to when can I expect a delivery.
I have been reporting this to them with no successs.
