Unacceptable Lack of Service

I purchased 8 Ster-Kinekeor vouchers on the 8th of April I redeemed 4 of those 8. When I went back to the movies I was advised that the 2 vouchers was redeemed already.

I then contacted groupon to confirm which of the vouchers was redemeed as I thought maybe I printed the one's I already used. They then advised me that none of the vouchers was redeemed yet. I then told the agent I spoke to that's incorrect, because I know I redeemed 4 vouchers and advised her, I will just print all of them and will redeem the 4 I didn't use. I went back to my account on Thurday 27th of June and saw that it's showing that I used all 8. From redeeming 0 on their system and suddenly 8 redeemed, while I nly redeemed 4?

I contacted them on Thursday and was advised that a manager will contact me after an hour no reply. I called back om Thursday and twice on Friday no reply still. I spoke to Joanie and Washier. I send two emails on 30.06.2013. These vouchers expired and groupoin couldn't care less will never buy anything from them again.
