POTS ORDERED ON 19 NOVEMBER 2012 STLL WAITING

I've ordered Gordon Ramsay cookware set on 19 November 2012 and to date have not received any notification of delivery. On 11 December my fiance called them to change delivery address due to the festive season: Details follows: She spoke to Linda between 2.50pm and 3.05pm requesting delivery details to be changed. Confirmation was received in an email this after I spoke to Carmen the same day and she sent me a generic email with no relevance to the address change. The support team was suppose to send details regarding the delivery tracking, and we are still waiting. A friend of mine told me she waiting very long and we waited it out until yesterday, another friend received her pots and she ordered in January 2013. So please explain howcome we have to wait so long since November 2012 yet my friend got her pots the same month she ordered. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??? I want my pots its paid for!
