SO CALLED 2 WEEK DELIVERY

I purchased a watch through Groupon on 24 October 2013 and paid for same on the same date. According to the add, delivery within two weeks. I purchased a further Rubybox on 31 October 2013 and paid for same on the same date as well. I contacted Groupon on 6 November 2013 to follow up on my deliveries. I was advised that the one package was sent to the courier on 2 November 2013 and should be delivered during last week. I contaced again this week where I was advised that the second package was sent to the courier on 7 November 2013 and that I should receive this package this week. It is now 15 November 2013 and I have not received any packages. I obtained the courier's contact details from Groupon. When I contacted the couriers and furnished them with the security code, I was advised that they are not in receipt of either of my packages. This is absolutely unacceptable as they accepted payment but are not delivering the goods.
