7 DAYS AND STILL NO REFUND?

I purchased 1 x R2 999, 00 voucher on Groupon on 17 October, but payment went of 2 x. Although I reported this immediately and received two mails in response, still no refund - totally unacceptable to say the least. I have now again mailed and telephoned, hopefully refunded today - exactly one week later??? I am sooooo disgusted, be warned people.
