Dealclick
Jewellery advertised as 18 K white gold - PLATED

I bought jewellery on Dealclick on 26 October 2013. The deal was being advertised as: "Pay only R299 for an 18K White Gold Crystal Ball Pendant and Earrings Set Made with Swarovski Elements, including National Delivery (worth R1199).

No where were the indication that the jewellery were plated. I did receive the jewellery on Thursday, 21 November 2013. The jewellery was not in a attractive pouch, it was all tangled up in a organza bag. There was no certificate of authenticity, just a piece of paper stated: "Made with Swarovski Elements". There is no indication that the jewellery is in fact 18 Karat white gold. Would have think that white gold jewellery worth R1199 would at least be neatly packed. I did email Dealclick on Friday 22 November 2013. Got a response from Gugu Manako where she said that the manager will be contacting me shortly. It is been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the manager to contact me. Send another email on Tuesday, 3 December 2013, and I am STILL waiting on a response.
It seems that Dealclick is a hoax and false!!!
