No delivery of item and no response from Wicount

I purchased a voucher for a Vintage Yellow Rhinestone Elephant Necklace as a present for my mom in the beginning of September, the terms stated "No need to contact the Supplier - Your product will be delivered with in 14 - 30 days of the deal closing.' Its now the end of October, I have had no delivery or response from Wicount who I have attempted to contact numerous times.

This is the most pathetic service!
