I purchased an MP3 player last year November as a Christmas Gift for my daughter. I received a reminder from Wicount to submit my delivery details (although this was done when finalizing my purchase) to VIC Technologies (aka Shaun Suckerman). I submitted my details to the email address provided - twice - and received an automated reply both times the product will be delivered within 21 working days. When you try to call the number listed for VIC Technologies by Wicount it goes straight to a fax line. On the 10th of December I mailed Wicount's Support Desk and was asked once again for the delivery address which I supplied for the third time. I was informed the product will be delivered immediately. When we returned from our holiday (no MP3 player still) I mailed and asked for a refund. I was informed that Wicount do not issue refunds and that I should ask the supplier directly. I find it frustrating that a promotional company as Wicount do not validate the contact details of their suppliers before promoting their products as VIC Technologies have now disappeared into thin air. Terrible letdown. I will not support or promote Wicount ever again.
