I was always a very happy customer with Groupon. Lately i have lost all confidence in the company. I have made so many calls on my OWN cost to try and sort out two refunds. The first being Zando. I only heard very late after purchasing the voucher that we will get a refund. So i want to know, would i have known if I didnt make the call MYSELF??? And secondly, i bought a voucher of almost R1000. I have made numerous calls to try and sort out why my refund has not been done and was told the fine print said no refunds. So then why have i spoken to so many people at the Groupon offices saying they will refund me and they have my banking details??? Very disappointed and dont think i will make use of them again.
