Orders placed Nov 2012 still no refund or delivery

I have ordered 2 specific Items through Groupon in Nov 2012 and paid for it. Many emails was sent, they confirmed my order was received and said that delivery will take place with in 4-6 weeks. I've queried my orders numerous times and nobody seems to reply or deliver. Its almost a year since my order was placed and STILL NO FEEDBACK! Who is responsible for refunds. I would really like to get my money refunded asap, as this is very bad service. I've in the meantime already unsubscribed from emails, as I'm not interesting in using Groupons' service and also won't recommend them. I understand it might be the suppliers fault but surely Groupon should sort this out, the services was done through them! Please can anyone help?
