No one knows where the product is that I ordered

I have ordered on the 28th of December 2012 and according to the deal it takes 3 to 4 weeks to deliver. I enquired after 2 weeks what the status is of the delivery and I got the standard response that it takes 3 to 4 weeks.

After 3 weeks I enquired again and no one responded. I have sent mail, used their ticket desk for support but no one finds it important enough to just communicate what the status of the parcel is and if it will ever be delivered.

I am utterly disgusted with the service. In my opinion Groupon should stick to what they are good at. And that is facilitating deals between clients and 3rd parties. Not sell goods directly to client because clearly they are not competent in delivering what was purchased.

I have this morning asked for a refund but I do not expect any feedback since that is not what they do!
