Groupon 12 back-to-back issues

On 05/06/2013 I bought a Groupon voucher for 12 back-to-back issues for SA4x4 and Caravan & Outdoor Life magazines. When I wanted to redeem these two magazines on Zinio I was told to wait until the deal expired on 31/07/2013, then they would send me a Zinio voucher code that I could use to buy my magazines. No one send me a voucher code after the expired date so on 06/08/2013 I send an email to Groupon and Zinio asking them to help me. Zinio responded and said that they would have a look into it but I haven't heard anything from Groupon.
