Purchased a voucher for 40 minutes full body aroma

I bought a voucher on the 30.07.2013 and the money was nowhere to be found. logged a call on the same day, waited until 14.07.2013 for them to reply, They have asked for my banking details which was send on the same day i`m still waiting till today. I have send them an e`mail on Friday and no response. Please help.
