I bought a paint ball voucher worth R211.00 from Groupon on the 29/10/2013 which I have not received the very same day I called Groupon to ask why and I was told that because I used a debit card to make my payment to them it will only reflect after 3 to 5 days. Five days passed and still no voucher, I called again and I was told to email my proof of payment that was on the 05/11/2013 of which I did and still nothing. Today I called them again I was told that my voucher has expired and I must send in my banking details so I can be refunded. Really their customer service.
