Bought a product the 29th September, they stated delivery would occur in 2 weeks. It did not and upon the 4th email being sent did someone reply with a story of all products being delayed due to a new system, which groupon failed to notify their customers of, she then said it would be delivered from Monday. It is the 23rd of October, nearly a month down the line and I received the product. I assembled the item and on inspection found that it was very weak, I placed items in it and the whole thing just collapsed and broke, for a product that states it is made out of strong metal and plastic I don't think so the plastic snapped inside the groves and I am not impressed at all. I want my money back, and not another product. I am a regular customer and am disgusted by the service and quality of products that they are associated with. I want my money back ASAP. Just like they were quick enough to deduct the money that's how fast I want it back into my account!!!
