Refund not paid to me despite cancellation

I would like to report the appalling service I've received from Groupon on cancellation of a voucher that I purchased from them.
I cancelled the voucher because I wasn't happy with the service I received from one of their partners. I immediately gave notice of my intention to cancel (request #44016) the voucher.
I was asked to confirm that the voucher was not used and so did the service provider.
I was then told I could not receive a refund because I was supposed to notify them within 7 days of the voucher being issued to me - which I did.

I have been waiting for a response from this lady, Jamie-lee Lawrence, and she has not provided feedback to me.
