Dealer will not redeem my purchased vouche

Extremely P-ssed Off

I would like to enquire about your services - I have recently purchased a
voucher and made the booking for 09 Oct 2013 for our engagement. I was advised that they do
not need a booking and we can just arrive. I tried to confirm my booking
today (7Oct13) in person again as it is a very special night that was planned, just
to hear they do not accept group on vouchers anymore.

I don't know how to go forward as it seems the evening is ruined due to a
hoax on their system...
Their voucher clearly states the exp date for the voucher as 25/11/2013. I
have already paid and planned around the date, now they keep avoiding me and don't even want to refund me.

I noticed this company does not respond to complaints.

My next step is to complain on ALL social media sites and Newspapers...

What can the public do - for these companies to treat us fairly?
