False advertising of Spa Special

I would like to bring to your attention the following special you ran last year in June with Self Image for a half day or full day spa. I bought a voucher for a full day spa for two people for R999. Once the deal had ended and my Groupon voucher issued I immediately phoned Self Image to book.

When I phoned to book, I was told that they were quite fully booked, which was quite understandable, seeing that it was a very good deal, so I asked for a booking in December 2012. At first they said it had to be a weekday booking (although the voucher states that it is valid from Mon to Sat), which of course I insisted a Saturday booking. Thereafter I am told that Groupon misinterpreted the special, that in fact it is not a full day spa, and in fact only half day (please note I paid R999 for a full day spa).

To cut a long story short, the booking has been moved several times, when I ask to speak to someone in charge, no one ever phones me. I had now a booking for March 2013, and when I phoned to confirm it I am told that they cannot find my booking and that unfortunately they are fully booked and cannot take me. I was told that I should rather get a refund from Groupon. Now what?
