Non delivery of goods / No response to complaints

On 5 September 2013 I have purchased an electrical BBQ from [URL Removed] as a present. The voucher clearly states that delivery of the goods will happen within 14 days.

On 8 October 2013 (34 days later), I have still not received my goods and started following up on the goods. Upon enquiry Kuku at Dealclick confirmed telephonically that the goods will be delivered to me on Friday 12 October 2013. Nothing was delivered, nor did any one inform me of the matter.

On Tuesday 15 October 2013, I have enquired again, but no-one was available to take my call. I have left a message with Liedelman that someone must contact me. I eventually spoke to the despatch manager (Dube) (which I had to phone back - he did not respond to my message).

I have also left messages for Tomer (2 IC) to contact me, and send an email to him. He also does not respond.

Again I was promised call backs by Angela the PA of Ms Hazel Grey (CEO) and nothing yet. I feel as if my money has been and I will never receive my goods.

I am writing this complaint out of frustration, as their lines are now busy, and I have now way of contacting them.

Worst service I have ever received. You cannot be proud
