LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM SERVICE PROVIDER

I must bring this urgent matter to your attention, I am quiet disappointed in the manner in which my problem has been handle.
We are now at the end of the 2nd week after me bring to the attention of Lushane (customer consultant) that my new Product was defective. she clearly advised me that you will come back to me within 48 hours.
I have spoken to many consultants leaving many messages for her to return my Calls - Which was unsuccessful.
I have spoken to Taariq on Thursday 10/10 after he advised me that my product will be replaced within 5-7 days .( I need to know why he has given me False confirmation)
After speaking to Zim on Monday, she advised me that once my product is received back by Groupon will then only be tested and feedback will be provided to me.
Lushane finally replied to my email, she advised me that the product will be collected within 3-4 days, today is the 5th day and still no collection. I then spoke to the senior consultant supervisor (Lindo) She promised to attend to my problem and she will get back to me by the close of business on tuesday, today is Thursday. I can assure you that I will be reconsidering purchasing any products of Groupon again.
