Dealclick
I WILL NEVER USE DEALCLICK AGAIN!!!

I purchased two items via Dealclick. One was done on the 04/06/2013 and the other 07/06/2013. To date (02/07/2013) I have not received any deliveries. I tried calling dealclick... the phone just rings and rings... I had to send an email and only got a response a few days later informing me that Dealclick is sorry for the delay and my orders are still on its way. No one can give me an accurate delivery date and now its a problem of the post office. When you buy these items on the website, it doesn't state what a real headache it is to receive the goods and that you have to constantly follow up. One of the items was advertised for fathers day, well I missed this year, lets hope that I receive it before the next one! I constantly make use of Groupon and I must say that they are light years ahead of Dealclick. Please arrange for a manager of Dealclick to contact me in regards to my complaint.
