Mooipoort golf club had a voucher. I bought for 4 people including two carts. They were however never able to accomodate me as sometimes carts were unavailable and other times they were fully booked. The staff at the club has a very bad attitude in this regard and were also not willing to accomodate me after the expiration date even though I understand that they can do this within a 28 day period.

I approached groupon for a refund who very quickly hid behind their fine print stating that the deal was subject to availability and can not be refunded. This is extremely worrying as this basically means they can take money from customers and the service provider and groupon make money regardless. The deal is suppose to be promotional. Taking money for nothing looks more like it in this case!

This makes any deal provided by Groupon a liability and should make you think twice before purchasing.

I have been given refunds in the past by means of credit and these were used on alternate deals where I could have the benefit.

Groupon, why the sudden change of heart!!!
