I bought a product on groupon a month ago and found that 1 of the goods I ordered wasn't in working order. I called groupon numerous times to collect and eventually after 2 weeks, they arranged a courier service to collect. This is after I spent close to 40 mins waiting on various phone calls waiting in queue and different people promising to get back to me. Now after a week I still haven't received my money back!! I've mailed, called and still no response. What do you need to do to get good service!!!
I WANT my money back asap and will definitely not be using their services any time soon
