I see that unfortunately Groupon SA does not respond to complaints about them on Hellopeter, which is a real shame if they cared about customer service. But seeing that they have over 3000 complaints and only over 200 compliments indicates that they do not take care of their customers. I ordered a viscopedic memory foam on 27 July and have not received it. I have emailed and phoned numerous times and have not received any feedback. Every time I get told it has been escalated to their manager. I have spoken to a Noku twice and once to a Beverly, both of whom told me they would call back but never did. I even received an email once to say they haven't found a solution to my problem, what kind of an answer it that? Groupon is worldwide but Groupon SA is ruining their reputation. I have ordered numerous times from Groupon in the Netherlands and never had an issue with them, I expected the same service from Groupon SA.
Could Hellopeter please give me advice on how to take this further as I do not want to lose R1695, Groupon doesn't realize that they are people of their hard earned money, I had to go broke one month in order to buy something I never received. With many thanks.
