2 weeks ago I sent an email asking about a refund for a voucher I'd purchased. I was sent an automatic response saying I'd be contacted within 24 hours. Soon after that I was informed that Groupon was dealing with a large number of queries and there would be a delay in response - fair enough - I understand that sometimes there can be delays. However, a week later I still hadn't received a response so I sent a follow-up email.

2 weeks on and I haven't received any further communication. I think it's unacceptable and I would appreciate a response as soon as possible.
