False advertising and poor response time

I recently purchased a groupon voucher for Sandton carpet cleaners. On the advert it said that it is for a deep carpet clean with stain removal. When I phoned Sandton carpet cleaners the suspicious sounding man said it was for a steam clean only. When I forwarded the highlighted section of the groupon advert to him, where it clearly states deep carpet clean with stain removal, he said that Groupon made a mistake with the advert and that I should get my money back from Groupon. I have subsequent sent 3 emails to Groupon customer service with only an automated email response saying that my email had been received and that I will be contacted within 24 hours. It is now almost 3 weeks that I am waiting for a Groupon consultant to contact me.
