Poor and delayed response from Groupon, no help!

I purchased Ster Kinekor tickets from Groupon and only received one voucher, i then emailed them and got no response, i then tweeted them and only then got an immediate response. they said that the other voucher was sent to my groupon account, which i did not know. apparently they had a backlog of complaints, but this should not be my problem as the customer. if i had received a response i could have still redeemed my vouchers, but it had expired by the time of their response. they refuse to reimburse me in any way.
