A week and still no response

I sent Groupon an email 15/01/2013 requesting a refund for groupon purchased because upplier says their business has been closed down four months ago. Till today i have not received any response from groupon. What i fail to understand is why r they holding on to my money if the client have 4months not being in operation!
Please Hello Peter help me get my refund.
