Paid for product, NO product, NO service

I have brought a product - Acer laptop, Christmas special from Groupon on the 15 Nov 12, I have sent them the proof of payment, copy of voucher that I could not redeem, as there was a system error, after speeking to them. It is now the 11 Jan 13, no product, I have phoned 5 x everytime empty promises. I want my product! How difficult is that. You pay them money for a product they advertised, and no service no product. Do I need to inform the Supplier ACER about their service or do I get a Lawyer. Groupon made me re-purchase the product, and that did not even speed the process along.

Please help me, I do not want to phone them again, as you wait more than an hour before you speek to someone, and still that doesnt help me getting my product. :(
